Services:

Personal Training - We offer Brooklyn's (and all of New York City for that matter) premier one-on-one personal training services. Our trainers have countless hours of training experience getting all types of people into tip-top shape. Our individualized approach ensures that every client receives the specific attention they deserve to safely meet their fitness goals. No two people are the same, and neither should their workouts be. Our trainers hold the nations top certifications and are constantly refining their skills and keeping on top of all the latest fitness trends. Our services are available in-home or outdoors to suit your needs.

Consultation & Assessment - During the consultation we will sit down with you to develop your individualized fitness goals. The assessment includes performing a health appraisal screening to evaluate coronary risk factors and to take body composition measurements (weight, body fat %, Body Mass Index, blood pressure, and circumference measurements). The final step in the assessment is to perform fitness tests to establish you baseline ability.

Boot Camp - Boot Camp in Prospect Park is back for the 2013 season starting May 1st. The cost will be $180/month and we will meet every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday @ 6am in Prospect Park at the Lincoln Road entrance on the east side of the park. Boot Camp is open to all fitness levels and abilities and focuses on general strength and cardiovascular exercises.  We utilize all of the resources in the park to give you a full body workout. Think of it as going back to the school yard for recess. We promise you will enjoy these intense and creative workouts to help you reach your fitness goals.  If you are looking to lose a few pounds or just maintain, this is the class for you.  Fun, safety, and variety without all of the yelling are our key to success.   Last year was a blast, this year will be better.

Group Training - Strength and cardiovascular training in a group setting. Now that Spring has sprung we meet in Fort Greene park for our group training sessions. These group training sessions are designed to be fun yet challenging for all levels.

Running - Are you a casual runner looking for some tips and motivation? Or are you getting ready for a big race, perhaps the New York City Marathon? We can help! Our trainers have logged hundreds of miles on the pavement and have entered numerous races. Our expert advice will get you into tip top running shape in no time. From selecting the proper footwear to training techniques to complete training programs, we got you covered. We guarantee you will reduce your times and increase your distance.
